George Gile serves as the Director of Wealth Management and Planning and is the Managing Partner at Iconic Wealth Group. As a Certified Income Specialist, he possesses the expertise to develop personalized income plans aligned with clients' unique needs and goals. This approach diverges from the commonly promoted 4% annual withdrawal rule for retirement.
Before his role at Iconic Wealth Group, George was a Vice President and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, where he specialized in advising individuals and families approaching retirement, as well as business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals.
With over 17 years of experience in the finance sector, George’s career includes positions at HD Vest, Wells Fargo, and Morgan Stanley, where he earned recognition for being eligible for the Pace Setters Club due to his exceptional dedication to client service. He joined J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in 2022.
George Gile earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from SMU's Cox School of Business. Growing up in a military family, he experienced life traveling the world, spending significant time in Japan during his formative years. A dedicated mentor, George has actively guided business students at both SMU and UTD. His mentorship efforts were recognized in 2019 when he was honored as Mentor of the Year at SMU's Cox School of Business.
In addition to supporting students, George plays a vital role in aiding U.S. service members as they transition to civilian careers through a nonprofit organization called American Corporate Partners. Outside of his professional commitments, he has a strong passion for fitness, enjoying boxing and martial arts. He was also a member of the weightlifting team during high school. One of his favorite client events to host is called "Fitness & Finance."
Iconic Wealth Group is a very active practice that differentiates itself by regularly hosting client education events covering various financial topics.
